The nearest train station is Syndal (Zone 2), on the Glen Waverley line, which is adjacent to the south-eastern corner of the campus. A pedestrian gate located on the campus fenceline, gives access to the station. The Glen Waverley station is also located within a 15-minute walk of the campus.

Public transport buses operate on all the major roads near the campus-High Street, Springvale and Blackburn Roads.

Elsternwick Student Theatre - Elsternwick

Elsternwick Student Theatre is located on Wesley College's Elsternwick campus.
